RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. We offer 3 To 4 days of hassle-free returns and exchanges from the date of order delivered.

  2. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will need to send it back to the company address. Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area’s pin code.

  3. For COD orders, store credit will be provided within 3-4 working days from the day the return pickup is received at our warehouse. This will be sent to your registered email address or contact number. If you are eligible for a refund, please share your bank account details.

  4. Refunds will be processed within 4-5 working days once the product is received at our warehouse and the quality check is completed.

  5. A logistic charge of Rs. 250 per order will be deducted in case of any type of refund.

  6. Store credits are not refundable and are only redeemable on our official website.

  7. Shipping charges are non-refundable..

  8. There is no additional charge for exchanges.

  9. Size exchanges are subject to availability.
