1. How do I place an order?

Placing an order on our website is easy! Simply follow these steps:

  1. Browse our collections and select the items you'd like to purchase.
  2. Add items to your shopping cart.
  3. When you're ready, click the cart icon in the top right corner to proceed to checkout.
  4. Enter your shipping information and payment details.
  5. Review your order and click Place Order.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.


2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

All payments are processed securely.


3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it right away to ensure a fast delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been confirmed. However, if you need help, please contact us at support@loxlen.com, and we will do our best to assist you.


4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also log into your account on our website to check the status of your order.


5. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to a variety of countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on your location, and you will see the applicable fees during checkout.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.


7. How do I return or exchange an item?

We want you to love your LOXLEN purchase, but if you need to return or exchange an item, we make it easy. Here’s how:

  2. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached).
  3. Follow the return instructions and send the item(s) back within 7 days from the date of purchase.

8. How do I know what size to order?

We offer detailed sizing charts on each product page to help you find the perfect fit. If you're unsure about your size, please refer to our Size Guide for measurements and fit tips.

9. Do you offer gift cards?

11. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@loxlen.com. We will do our best to update your address before your order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.


12. I received a damaged or incorrect item, what should I do?

We’re sorry to hear this! If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any photos of the damaged item. We will resolve the issue and send you a replacement or offer a refund as necessary.


13. How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

If you no longer wish to receive marketing emails from us, you can unsubscribe by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any of our promotional emails. Alternatively, you can contact us directly at support@loxlen.com to opt-out.
